Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Minimum of High School education.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests on arrival with personal recognition.
• Review arrival lists and prepare welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in prior to arrival.
• Answer phone within three rings with a smile and route questions as needed.
• Count bank at start and end of shift; report cash over/shorts.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Handle guest PPI data following proper procedures.
• Follow check-in/out checklists and collect IDs and payment.
