Job summary

Field & Stream Bozeman is seeking a friendly Guest Services Agent to welcome guests at the front desk, manage reservations, and assist with check-in/check-out processes. The role emphasizes warm hospitality and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction within the Field & Stream Lodge Co. in Bozeman, MT.

The position offers on-site work with a focus on guest relations, local information, and collaborative teamwork. Compensation is hourly with benefits and opportunities for on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Develop in depth understanding of the property management system and POS functionality.
• Provide gracious and sincere customer service to all arriving and departing hotel guests and visitors.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs and process payments.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to inquiries or issues.
• Offer Concierge services and maintain knowledge of local restaurants, events, and activities.
