My Place Hotel in Plainfield, IN seeks a Guest Services Representative to warmly greet guests, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth stay from check-in to check-out. You will answer inquiries, promote local attractions, and handle routine front desk duties with accuracy and professionalism.

The role requires dependable multitasking, strong communication, and a detail-oriented approach. You will support housekeeping and front desk operations while maintaining security and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for guest and colleague interactions.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and order.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-ins/outs, recording charges per policy.
• Provide information on the hotel, amenities, local attractions, restaurants, and churches; address guest concerns.
• Handle phone system etiquette, take and transfer calls, record messages, and manage wake-up calls.
• Process credit card authorizations and cash transactions accurately; provide change as needed.
• Maintain front desk records, Night Audit prep, and log daily activities; report issues to management.
• Follow safety and security protocols; inspect property and ensure entrances and lighting are functional.
• Promote the Stay Rewarded Loyalty Program to boost guest loyalty.
• Assist with cleaning tasks and supply stocking; support housekeeping as needed.
• Distribute guest supplies and manage keys/cards for staff as required.
