Job summary

Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort is seeking a friendly, guest‑focused Front Desk Associate to join our front‑line team. This is a full‑time, year‑round position with a 2nd shift and flexibility on holidays and weekends.

You will respond to guest inquiries, share information about facilities and services, and handle messages and emergencies using a multi‑line phone system and standard office equipment. Benefits include free lunch, a health club membership, and discounted travel for you and your family.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience.
• 1 year multi-line phone system.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues via telephone in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• Provide information and demonstrate knowledge of all hotel facilities and services.
• Respond to emergencies and document and relay comprehensive, accurate information to proper parties in emergency situations.
• Accept and deliver all messages promptly and accurately, utilizing proper grammar and spelling.
• Operate office equipment including, but not limited to, computers, PBX system, fax machine, e-mail, etc.
