Mt. Hood Meadows is seeking an Employee Services & Uniform Coordinator to support our employees throughout their experience at the resort.

As our Employee Services & Uniform Coordinator, you'll play an important role in supporting our employees throughout their experience at the resort while helping ensure our teams have the resources, information, and equipment they need to be successful.
This unique position combines employee services and HR support with hands-on uniform and laundry operations. You'll help with onboarding, employee services, HR systems, communications, and employee programs while also managing the distribution, inventory, cleaning, organization, and return of uniforms and gear across the resort. You'll work closely with team members and department leaders resort wide to keep both employee services and uniform operations running smoothly.
No two days in this role are exactly alike.
