Be part of the team that gets everyone up the mountain! As a Lift Operator at Mt. Hood Meadows, you’ll play a key role in creating safe, efficient, and memorable experiences for our guests. From helping guests load and unload to operating the lift and keeping your station ready for the day, you’ll be one of the friendly faces that helps set the tone for a great day on the mountain.
You’ll operate your assigned lift, monitor loading and unloading areas, communicate with guests and your team, and respond appropriately to changing weather, snow, and operational conditions. You’ll also help maintain lift stations, remove snow, manage guest traffic, and follow established operational and emergency procedures. This is a hands-on position where safety, awareness, communication, and good judgment matter every day.
