Concord Hospitality Brand in Pittsburgh is seeking a Night Auditor / Reservationist to deliver exceptional guest service while supporting front office services, reservations, and nightly financial operations. The role blends daytime reservations with overnight audit duties and requires reliability, organization, and independence.

Responsibilities include answering calls, managing reservations, coordinating with departments, and performing the nightly audit with accurate postings and reports.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel/front office/reservations/night audit experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working independently during overnight hours.
• Ability to balance daily financial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist guests with reservations, questions, requests, and hotel information.
• Take, modify, and cancel guest reservations while providing accurate information regarding amenities, availability, and services.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, transportation options, in-house groups, and upcoming functions.
• Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs in a courteous and professional manner.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest requests are handled promptly.
• Complete the hotel’s nightly audit and verify Front Desk transactions.
• Balance daily financial transactions, credit card activity, cash transactions, and guest accounts.
• Post applicable charges and finalize transactions completed throughout the day.
• Prepare, print, file, and distribute required Night Audit reports.
• Prepare registration materials for arriving guests and folios for departing guests.
• Monitor room availability and assist with reservation and room assignment needs.
• Answer and direct hotel phone calls, take messages, and process wake-up call requests.
• Follow hotel procedures related to guest payments, security, keys, and emergency situations.
• Communicate guest concerns or maintenance issues to the appropriate department and follow up as needed.
• Maintain a professional, organized work environment and provide exceptional service during both daytime and overnight shifts.
