Responsibilities

• Audit and balance daily financial transactions.
• Verify room status and front desk transactions for accuracy.
• Complete nightly reports and required documentation.
• Perform front desk duties including check-in/out and reservations.
• Respond to guest requests and provide hotel information.
• Maintain cash handling and overnight safety standards.
• Keep the front desk/lobby clean and organized.
• Communicate issues with housekeeping and maintenance.
