Qualifications

• Preferred 1 year of customer service experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to cultivate a productive team that embodies PEACH.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where priorities change.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service while checking guests in and out.
• Be a guest advocate by responding to requests and concerns with urgency and empathy.
• Process payments for guests and update accounts as needed.
• Enter and update reservation information in the system.
• Collaborate with other departments to communicate room status and availability.
• Maintain a welcoming, organized front desk area.
• Close and balance room accounts.
• Run, print, and distribute various reports.
