Job summary

Equity Lifestyle Properties, Inc. is hiring a Guest Services Manager for Voyager RV Resort in Tucson, AZ. You will supervise front desk operations, train staff, handle guest requests, and promote resort services to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

The ideal candidate has front office experience (RV or hotel), knowledge of DigiRez/ManageAmerica/RoomMaster, strong communication, and the ability to resolve issues quickly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Front office experience in RV park or hotel setting is required or preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to resolve issues quickly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk operations during assigned shift.
• Train associates and ensure knowledge of PMS, resort services, reservations, pricing and promotions.
• Address guest requests, inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Ensure proper staffing and scheduling of Front Desk staff.
• Communicate shift information via pre-shift logs, emails and meetings.
