Coborn's in Fargo, ND is seeking a Guest Services Manager (Assistant Customer Service Manager/Assistant Front End Department Manager) to lead the front-end team and uphold high guest service standards across self-checkouts, regular checkouts, bagging, parcel pickup, cart room, click-and-collect and parking lot operations. You will supervise daily operations, perform bookkeeping tasks, and assist the Sr.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front-end team and direct guest services.
• Oversee tasks including self-checkouts, bagging, parcel pickup, cart room, click-and-collect and parking lot areas.
• Assist Sr. Guest Services Manager with day-to-day operations and bookkeeping tasks.
