This role includes bookkeeping tasks and collaboration with the Sr.

Guest Services Manager to ensure smooth front-end operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front-end team and uphold guest service standards across self-checkouts, regular checkouts, bagging, parcel pickup, cart room, click & collect, and parking areas.
• Perform bookkeeping tasks and assist Sr. Guest Services Manager with daily operations.
• Assist with front-end operations to ensure a smooth guest experience.
