Coborn's Incorporated is seeking a Guest Services Manager to supervise the front-end team, uphold service standards, and support the Sr. Guest Services Manager. This role involves overseeing cashier operations and day-to-day guest interactions in a busy retail environment.

The position covers self-checkouts, bagging, parcel pickup, cart room, click and collect, and parking lot oversight, with a strong emphasis on guest experience and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and direction to the front-end team.
• Assist Sr. Guest Services Manager with Guest Services, self-checkouts, regular checkouts, bagging area, parcel pickup, cart room, click and collect, and parking lot areas.
• Maintain high standards of guest service throughout front-end operations.
