You will supervise and assist the team that serves as the face of the resort as you interact with current and prospective guests and residents who come to the office with questions and concerns. Overview

The Guest Services Manager oversees the front office activities, including handling routine office work and administrative responsibilities of the resort. They are also responsible for supervising individual guest services team members.

Job Duties
  1. Coordinate team member selection, training, scheduling, and development of Guest Services Coordinators and ensure all team members comply with policies and procedures.
  2. Organize and prioritize work schedules of the front desk team to ensure adequate coverage at all times.
  3. Ensure guests and residents receive high levels of service consistent with Sun’s customer service philosophy.
  4. Collect and post resident security deposits, process fees, rent, inspections, applications, and other miscellaneous fees while adhering to cash handling policies; record in proper accounts and issue receipts.
  5. Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, typing, copying, faxing, filing, and other tasks as assigned.
  6. Review and code invoices and statements for manager approval.
  7. Maintain petty cash fund, recording expenditures appropriately.
  8. Handle and resolve resident and guest complaints, inquiries, and issues promptly and professionally; address resort comments, suggestions, and complaints.
  9. Make collection calls for site rental payments as directed. Submit bad debt files to collections.
  10. Complete and maintain resort records, reports, and files according to the Operations Manual.
  11. Ensure office supplies are stocked and prepare supply orders as needed.
  12. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  1. High School Diploma or GED
  2. Minimum of 2 years administrative experience
  3. Previous supervisory experience
  4. Strong customer service skills
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  6. Demonstrated leadership abilities
  7. Good problem-solving skills
  8. Professional appearance
  9. Excellent organization skills
  10. Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, email, internet, and data entry
  11. Experience with Yardi and/or Vestivo software is a plus
  12. Prior RV Resort office experience is a plus
  13. Must hold a valid driver’s license
