Job summary

Pizza Ranch Norwalk seeks a dynamic Guest Services Manager to oversee front of house and guest services in our Norwalk restaurant. You will lead a front of house team, ensuring timely, friendly service and a clean, welcoming dining area in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership and communication skills with at least 2 years in hospitality leadership, and the ability to multitask during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a front of house team.

• Provide excellent customer service and handle questions, needs, complaints and concerns.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels and restock as needed.
• Complete daily financial and operational tasks such as reconciling the register and shift reports.
• Other duties as assigned.

Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Guest Services Manager to join our team and oversee the front of house and guest services operations of our restaurant. The Guest Services Manager will be responsible for managing a front of house team, ensuring that every guest receives great service in a timely manner while maintaining a clean appearance throughout the restaurant. Responsibilities
