Pizza Ranch - Urbandale is seeking a dynamic Guest Services Manager to oversee front of house and guest services operations in our Urbandale restaurant. You will lead a front of house team, ensure timely, high-quality service, and maintain a clean dining area while upholding safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership and communication, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced buffet environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a guest services manager or in a leadership role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
