Coborn's Incorporated in Minnesota is seeking a Senior Guest Services Manager to lead the front-end team and uphold top-tier guest service across front-end operations. You will supervise, train, coach, and develop cashiers, baggers, cart pushers, customer service desk staff, and self-checkout representatives.

With the support of the Guest Services Manager, you will oversee cash registers, bookkeeping, parcel pickup, cart room, click and collect, and parking areas while ensuring smooth daily

Qualifications

• Experience leading front-end or customer service teams in a retail environment.
• Strong supervisory, training and development capabilities.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities
