Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise store staff and oversee daily operations, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the store runs smoothly and looks well-maintained.

Ideal candidates have retail experience, solid calculator and computer skills, teamwork mindset, and flexibility to work nights, days, weekends and holidays; a background check is required. Pay starts between $16.50 and $24.87 per hour with benefits including health plans and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations.
• Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture.
• Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check is required.
