Qualifications

• Must have or be able to obtain valid local and/or state Food Handler and Alcohol Server permits.
• Be able to walk and stand for prolonged periods; frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with friendly and attentive service throughout their dining experience.
• Greet guests warmly and enthusiastically upon entry.
• Manage party sizes, reservations, and wait lists; quote wait times and maintain flow.
• Escort guests to tables and inform servers of special requests.
• Answer the telephone in a pleasant manner and respond to inquiries.
• Assist with takeout orders; ensure timeliness, accuracy, organization, and payment.
