Rosewood Hotel Group in Dallas invites a Host/Hostess to create warm welcomes and seamless dining experiences. You’ll be the first touchpoint for guests, manage reservations, and help maintain service standards across the restaurant with professionalism and care.

You'll work closely with the Food & Beverage team, stay composed under pressure, and use POS and reservation platforms to support smooth operations. This full-time on-site role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a guest-facing role within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Ability to create a warm, welcoming, and professional guest experience.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills.
• Clear and confident English communication; multilingual skills are a plus.
• Comfort with using point-of-sale and reservation systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm welcome to guests and manage seating to create a positive first impression.
• Coordinate reservations and guest flow to optimize dining room operations.
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings and hotel services to assist guests.
• Monitor dining area cleanliness and readiness to meet brand standards.
• Support team to ensure efficient service delivery and oversee operations when leadership is absent.
