Qualifications

• 1 year customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide information, referrals, and support services for Ministries guests.
• Oversee safety and cleanliness of the facility on shift.
• Maintain a positive, Christian atmosphere.
• Record shift events in staff log and communicate via email.
• Assist with program intake by taking calls and providing resources.
