Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Organized and comfortable using computer systems with accurate documentation.
• Ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Experience addressing behavioral issues with clients.
• Respectful, compassionate approach aligned with faith-based ministry.
• Growing relationship with Jesus Christ and heart for serving women and children.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, assist with check-in/check-out, and provide hospitable service.
• Conduct intakes, arrange beds, write clothing vouchers and dispense toiletry items.
• Offer spiritual support through prayer, gospel sharing, and chapel leadership when appropriate.
• Provide hope and encouragement to women and children facing homelessness or crises.
• Maintain client files and assist in work therapy supervision; produce necessary reports.
