Seattle's Union Gospel Mission is seeking a Guest Services Associate I to join our Women & Children's Ministries in a Christian residential program. You will help create a safe, welcoming atmosphere, provide information and referrals, supervise volunteers, and maintain facility safety and cleanliness during your shift.

You will work Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, with a target starting pay of $21.68 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• 1 year working in a social services environment preferred.
• Microsoft Office skills required.

Responsabilités

• Help maintain a positive, Christian atmosphere while supporting ministries guests.
• Oversee safety and cleanliness of facility on shift, including bed and floor checks.
• Record shift events in staff log and communicate with staff via email.
• Answer calls and provide resources for program entry.
• Assist with administrative tasks and data entry as assigned.
• Coordinate support groups and classes; assist with event prep.
