Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a recreation center or similar setting preferred.
• Must be available for all shifts including nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the building independently and manage access.
• Handle advanced cash procedures and process registrations.
• Provide direct customer service to community members, guests and staff.
• Answer phone calls and relay information to the public.
• Maintain facilities cleanliness and safety.
• Communicate program and membership details to patrons.
