Under the general direction and supervision of the Guest Service Coordinator and Assistant Coordinators, a Guest Service Representative-IV is responsible for opening and closing the building independently, including overseeing building access, operating safe codes, and handling advanced cash procedures. This role provides direct customer service to community members, guests, and staff, assists with program and membership registrations, answers phone calls at the recreation center and serves as a central communication point to relay information from all departments to the public.
Required Qualifications:
Must be available to work all shifts including days, nights, weekends, and some holidays based on the needs of the District.
Must be 18 years of age
6 months working in a recreation center or similar setting
High school diploma or GED
CPR, AED, first aid certification, or the ability to become certified within the first 90 days of employment
