Job summary

Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department (OTRD) seeks a Lead Desk Clerk at Lake Murray State Park Golf Course to oversee front desk operations, reservations, and guest services. You will supervise a small team and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure accurate billing and smooth operations.

Responsibilities include answering phones, processing reservations for rooms, cabins, or campsites, posting charges, and assisting in the gift shop.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience in sales, public contact work, handling and processing mail, or general office clerical work; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Answers telephones, takes messages, and provides information about park facilities.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Receives walk-in and phone-in reservation requests.
• Check guests into accommodations, validates parking and posts charges to guest accounts.
• Assists with gift shop at front desk with sales and restocking merchandise.
