Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One year of experience in Park Management or Operations may substitute for 90 semester hours of education.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Assure a safe, well-maintained park facility through trained staff.
• Manage park operations within budget constraints and ensure fiscal accountability.
• Provide park visitor service and promote community partnerships and marketing.
• Oversee natural resource protection and environmental education in park operations.
• Analyze financial information to plan and manage the park’s operating budget.
• Maintain knowledge of laws, rules, and regulations for state parks operations.
