Job summary

The Harrison Group is an established hospitality company in Ocean City, Maryland, seeking Front Desk team members for 3pm–11pm and 11pm–7am shifts. The role involves check-ins/outs, reservations, guest information, and coordination with housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Experience as Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role.
• Knowledge of hotel reservation software (Cloudbeds, RoomKeyPMS).
• Strong customer service attitude and ability to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Handle check-in/check-out tasks and reservations.
• Inform guests about rates, services and local information.
• Upsell facilities and services when appropriate and maintain records.
