Harrison Group is seeking a proactive Front Desk Agent for one of our North Carolina properties in Corolla. You will manage check-ins/outs, reservations, and guest inquiries, while delivering warm, professional service across a range of tasks from payments to VIP guest arrangements.

Ideal candidates bring hotel front desk experience, familiarity with reservation systems (Cloudbeds, RoomKeyPMS), and strong communication skills. Weekend/evening availability is often required for this on-site role.

Qualifications

• Prior front desk experience is preferred.
• Experience with hotel reservation software (Cloudbeds, RoomKeyPMS).
• Strong customer service, communication and organizational skills required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Flexible shifts including weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks.
• Manage online and phone reservations.
• Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data.
• Register guests and collect stay details (dates, contact info).
• Welcome guests and assign rooms.
• Provide information about hotel, rooms, rates and amenities.
• Respond to guest complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to prepare rooms.
• Confirm group reservations and arrange VIP services.
• Upsell facilities and services when appropriate.
• Maintain records of bookings and payments.
• Balance daily transactions and reconcile financial reports.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports for management.
• Process end-of-day procedures.
• Assist late-night guests with check-ins/outs.
• Monitor property security and address overnight concerns.
