Job summary

The Harrison Group in Corolla, North Carolina is seeking a Front Desk Clerk & Night Auditor to deliver professional guest service and manage daily hotel front desk operations across day and overnight shifts.

You will balance transactions, reconcile guest accounts, and generate end-of-day reports while coordinating with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for arrivals. A friendly, detail-oriented approach and familiarity with PMS are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality coursework preferred.
• Experience as a hotel front desk agent or night auditor preferred.
• Familiarity with reservation systems such as Cloudbeds or RoomKeyPMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete check-in/out per standards.
• Manage reservations and enter data into the property management system.
• Inform guests about rooms, rates, amenities, and services.
• Balance daily transactions and perform night audit tasks.
• Prepare end-of-day financial reports for management.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to prepare rooms for arrivals.
• Upsell hotel services when appropriate.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
