Norfolk Sheraton, managed by Atrium Hospitality, is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to deliver outstanding guest service. You will handle check-ins and check-outs, assist guests with requests, and support teammates to keep the lobby welcoming and operations running smoothly.

Experience in hospitality is preferred, and the role requires physical stamina and comfort using hotel systems. This is a full-time position located in Norfolk, VA.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required and should be demonstrated in past roles.
• Leadership experience in hospitality is preferred.
• Ability to operate hotel systems with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations and act as the go-to problem solver for guests and teammates.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs with warmth and accuracy.
• Train and support new front desk team members.
• Resolve guest issues quickly and professionally.
• Assist with daily tasks such as event sheet distribution and lobby readiness.
