Hampton Inn & Suites Scottsdale Shea Blvd AZ is seeking a friendly guest services associate to check in guests during peak hours and help answer questions to ensure a enjoyable stay. You will work as part of a team, providing consistent service with a focus on hospitality.

Shifts are 8 hours long, covering 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am, offering a fast-paced, people-centered environment with opportunities for bonuses and growth within the company.

Formación

• Highly organized.
• Thorough knowledge of guest service and satisfaction.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Most tasks are performed in a team environment with the employee acting as a team leader.
• Basic computational ability.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure that all guests are treated efficiently and courteously and that standards are applied by staff.
• Address guest concerns and ensure follow up is completed.
• Assist in daily maintenance of room inventory to optimize revenue while maintaining guest expectations.
• Supervise bell staff to ensure efficient and friendly arrivals and departures.
