Hampton Inn & Suites Scottsdale Shea Blvd AZ is seeking a friendly Breakfast Attendant to prep food, greet guests, and maintain a clean dining area. The shift starts around 5 am, with duties including stocking, serving breakfast options, and ensuring a smooth start to guests' mornings.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of guest service and satisfaction.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a team environment with leadership responsibilities.

Responsabilités

• Maintain knowledge of daily house count, in-house groups, and hotel features and services.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and work toward improving scores.
• Greet and acknowledge arriving guests.
• Anticipate guests' needs and assist to ensure a pleasant experience.
• Promote and educate guests on breakfast options per brand standards.
