Job summary

Pilot Company in Willard, UT is hiring a Cashier/Shift Lead to process merchandise and fuel transactions, and to lead a small team of 1–2 cashiers while delivering friendly, efficient service. You will help maintain a clean work area and support guests with inquiries, ensuring high standards of service.

You will also complete end-of-shift reports, follow guidelines for restricted items, and assist with deli and restroom tasks. Weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience handling cash and processing transactions accurately.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a small cashier team and coordinate shift duties.

Responsibilities
