Job summary

Granby Ranch is seeking a Rental Attendant to greet guests and assist with ski and snowboard rental equipment setup, including boot fitting, helmet sizing, and sizing all gear. You will be part of the Rentals department, report to Commercial Operations Manager, and work full-season in Granby, Colorado.

The role combines customer service with technical rental skills to ensure a positive, safe experience for skiers of all levels.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent or actively enrolled in High School.
• Preferred prior experience in a ski & snowboard rental shop.
• Preferred experience in skiing and riding.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with the rental experience and equipment setup.
• Get certified to tech all bindings in Granby Ranch’s rental shop.
• Scan rental assets into the system for accurate return data.
• Ensure all guests sign off on their settings, with guardians signing for minors.
• Maintain a safe, clean and efficient rental shop.
• Prevent theft at all times.
• Maintain rental fleet: boots, skis, snowboards, poles and snowshoes.
• Check daily reservations and upcoming bookings.
• Assist with returns and storage of equipment.
• Handle data input and paperwork daily.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
• Assist with Retail, Tickets and Ski School when needed and promote sales.
