Lucky Strike Entertainment is hiring a Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant in Los Angeles. You will welcome guests, manage the waitlist, assign lanes and equipment, and handle sales at the counter.

You’ll support leagues, assist with basic bowling instruction, and ensure cash procedures are followed. The role requires a HS diploma or equivalent hospitality experience, strong telephone etiquette, and the ability to operate POS systems and PA equipment.

Competenze

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional)
• Proven success in school/previous job experience
• Excellent telephone etiquette

Mansioni

• Greet guests in person and over the phone; set the tone with a welcoming attitude
• Manage the waitlist and track availability; assign lanes, shoes and other equipment
• Prepare for leagues and ring sales at the counter; follow cash control procedures
• Promptly notify mechanics of pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log issues
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction; keep explanations concise and clear
• Operate POS system, central panel, Computers and PA system
