Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
• High energy, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with cash handling and POS systems is preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Assist guests with inquiries and provide information as needed.
• Handle cash transactions accurately at the cashier station.
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby and cashier area.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Offer recommendations for local attractions, dining, and activities.
• Actively resolve guest issues to uphold service standards.
• Support brand standards and contribute to a positive team culture.
