The Stanley Hotel, part of Sage Hospitality Group, is seeking a Front Desk Associate in Estes Park, CO. Earn $21–$22/hour as you greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, and handle reservations with a focus on accuracy and hospitality.

You will use both manual and computer systems, ensuring guest satisfaction while maintaining professional cash handling and courtesy at all times. The role requires English fluency and strong organizational skills in a historic, scenic setting.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in oral and written English.
• Must have high school graduate level mathematical aptitude and cash handling knowledge.
• Past experience with direct public contact or customer service is required.
• Tact and understanding for handling diverse customer situations.
• Highly organized with attention to minute details and multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in guests using manual and computerized methods.
• Facilitate check-out and finalize guest accounts.
• Process cash, receipts, and charges accurately.
• Answer inquiries and manage reservations, promoting room nights and revenue.
• Maintain guest relations with timely, knowledgeable responses.
• Operate PBX equipment and manage wake-up calls.
• Handle cash transactions responsibly per hotel policy.
• Maintain a friendly and courteous demeanor.
