Lake Roosevelt Adventures is seeking a part-time Front Desk Agent at Bear Mountain, NY. The role involves checking guests in and out, handling reservations, and managing a switchboard with a focus on guest satisfaction.

You will also process payments, balance cash, and upsell where appropriate. Candidates should have strong clerical and customer service skills, be comfortable with computer systems, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• High School Diploma preferred; minimum age 16.
• Clerical tasks include typing, filing, office machines, cash register and records.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are essential.

Mansioni

• Check guests and vendors in and out.
• Handle reservations and room assignments; manage walk-in traffic.
• Operate the reservations and POS systems; process payments and charges.
• Provide quotes for room rates and upsell when possible.
• Balance cash and cash equivalents at shift end.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints within authority.
