Job summary

Woodland by Bonaventure in Washington state is seeking a Receptionist to greet visitors, answer phones, and support the management team. No experience is necessary, and paid training is provided. This role emphasizes friendly service and basic office duties in a senior living community.

Ideal candidates have excellent communication skills, are well organized, and able to handle routine clerical tasks. CPR is a plus, and a background check and drug test are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, professional, and well organized.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• English language required.
• CPR Certification (preferred).
• Must pass criminal background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Greeting community visitors with excellent customer service and respect.
• Answering a multi-line phone system, route calls, and take messages.
• Helping sort and distribute mail and packages.
• General office duties such as copying, filing, supply requisition, and other clerical skills.
• Assist with the preparation of community events and visitor tours.
• The Receptionist position is frequently referred to as an Administrative Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Worker, and Reception in other companies.
