You will review reservations with special requests and be ready to take same-day bookings while following cancellation and relocation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and handle prompt, professional check-in and check-out.
• Assist with pre-registration and block reservations as needed.
• Post all charges accurately and know where to post fees.
• Maintain working knowledge of Front Office systems and daily transactions.
• Manage cash handling, including cash, checks, and credit card payments.
• Review reservations with special requests and block rooms accordingly.
• Know hotel rates, discounts, and applicable policies.
• Take same-day reservations and follow cancellation/relocation procedures.
