Job summary

The role requires accurate posting of charges, familiarity with Front Office systems, and confident cash handling. You will review reservations, apply rates and discounts, and handle same-day bookings with proper cancellation procedures.

Qualifications

• Greet and communicate cordially with guests at the front desk.
• Promptly and professionally check guests in and out of the hotel.
• Assist in pre-registration and blocking of reservations when necessary.

Responsibilities
