Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures’ Grand Casino Hinckley Inn seeks a Front Desk Agent for part-time shifts in Hinckley, MN. You will greet guests, assist with reservations, process payments, and safeguard guest information to ensure smooth check-in and check-out.

You will pre-register guests, coordinate check-in, handle luggage with care, explain room features, and maintain knowledge of services and events to help guests have an excellent experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and manage the check-in/check-out process for guests.
• Process transactions accurately and adhere to company policy.
• Maintain inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
• Respond to guest requests with timely and clear information about facilities.
• Explain room features and operate locks, TVs, and thermostats to guests.
• Enter reservations in the computer system and post charges.
• Prepare shift cash report and balance payments; assist with bank drop.
• Perform Bell Person duties and escort guests to their rooms.
