Job summary

The American Club in Kohler, WI is seeking a Front Desk Agent for a full-time onsite role. You will greet guests, register them, manage reservations and information, and handle cashiering with accuracy and courtesy.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of receptionist or customer service experience, a friendly, professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and the stamina to be on their feet most of the day. Fidelio PMS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of receptionist or customer service experience.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Ability to work independently with professionalism while maintaining quality and service.
• Must be able to remain on their feet for the majority of the day.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register guests in and out of Fidelio PMS.
• Handle front desk duties including registration, cashiering, reservations and information.
• Block rooms, prepare folios and keys.
• Process all monetary transactions per SOP.
• Provide property information and local attractions.
• Respond to guest complaints and inquiries.
