HomeTowne Studios & Suites by Red Roof is hiring a Front Desk Agent to greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, and handle reservations with a starting wage of $13.00–$14.00 per hour. The role requires basic English, cash handling, and customer service experience in a hotel setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1 year in previous customer service position.
• Must have basic office skills (math, cash handling, computer skills).
• Basic English communication (verbal and written) skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly welcome and assist with guest-related services.
• Handle reservations; check guests in/out; manage guest accounting and cashier functions.
• Make, change and monitor reservations; review availability using front desk system; update room status; promote future sales.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and hotel data.
• Communicate with the General Manager and Front Desk team about issues or guest requests.
• Coordinate with housekeeping on checkouts, stay-overs, room readiness, and maintenance needs.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
