Shaner Hotels is seeking a Front Desk Agent for Townplace Suites in Lebanon, PA. The role handles guest check-ins/check-outs, cash handling, and guest inquiries with a focus on friendly, professional service.

Responsibilities include processing payments, generating daily reports, and resolving room-status discrepancies with Housekeeping, all while maintaining a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
• Computer experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous check-in/check-out and process payments per hotel requirements.
• Adhere to payment, cash handling and credit policies.
• Generate, print, and distribute daily reports to designated departments.
• Resolve discrepancies on the room status report with Housekeeping.
• Provide superior guest services including check-in/check-out hotel guests courteously and efficiently.
