Qualifications

• Good reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
• Minimum one year experience in a similar position with a full-service hotel or restaurant.
• Previous experience with MICROS POS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of department policies and standards.
• Respond to guest inquiries accurately with knowledge of hotel services and local attractions.
• Manage seating charts and greet guests upon arrival.
• Seat guests and provide menus, noting preferences and dietary restrictions in the reservation system.
• Greet incoming and departing guests warmly and monitor wait lists to seat efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with liquor regulations and hotel standards.
• Assist with duties during busy periods and maintain guest relations.
