Job summary

Highlands Sports Complex is seeking a part-time Birthday Party Team Member to deliver exceptional guest service and coordinate birthday party experiences. You will work with guest services, food and beverage, and management to ensure a fun, safe, and memorable celebration.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, decorating spaces, leading games, operating venue devices, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be a team player.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Good guest service skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all participants, parents, and community members.
• Ensure participants are present for a specific permitted event.
• Direct or assist to decorate space for hosting the birthday party.
• Organize and facilitate games and activities.
• Ensure packages and items purchased are received.
• Operate arcade, e-sports and other venue devices.
• Oversee the use of entertainment equipment.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed.
• Provide courteous and friendly first-in-class service to all guests.
• Be knowledgeable about the facility and policies.
• Complete special projects and daily assignments as assigned.
• All additional duties assigned by management.
