Sprowls Horizon Sports Park is seeking a part-time Facility Maintenance Team Member to assist with daily maintenance of the building and grounds. You will support events, crowd control, and safety procedures while delivering courteous service to guests.

The role requires flexibility for nights/weekends, reliable attendance, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Join a championship team focused on excellence and service within the Operations department.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Consistent attendance is mandatory.
• Experience cleaning high-volume facilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain courts, office, and equipment.
• Monitor spills and clean as needed.
• Clean all floor surfaces and glass.
• Clean bathrooms and restock supplies.
• Clean guest seating and lobby area.
• Facility trash removal.
• Assist other departments as necessary.
• Provide courteous service and directions to guests.
• Know program options and facility events.
• Operate multi-line phones as needed.
• Respond to guest concerns and escalate to Manager.
• complete other duties as assigned by management.
