Guest Services Event Staff | Part-Time | Ford Park Entertainment Complex

Position Summary

As a member of the Guest Services Team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the guest experience, helping create memorable moments. Your responsibilities may include ushering, ticket scanning, customer service, and greeting guests. You will assist guests with directions and information, ensuring their safety and enjoyment while maintaining a friendly atmosphere.

This role pays an hourly rate of $10.50-$14.00.

Responsibilities

• Prepare your assigned area for guests, including cleaning and hazard reporting
• Greet guests with a friendly attitude when gates open
• Scan tickets to ensure proper entry
• Assist guests in finding their seats
• Monitor for hazards and report incidents
• Respond professionally to guest concerns
• Assist guests with ADA accessible seating
• Enforce safety policies and manage foot traffic
• Verify guest age for alcohol purchase
• Be familiar with emergency evacuation procedures
